DESCRIPTION:Join us for a special performance featuring two of the finest British Brass Bands in North America – Chesapeake Silver Cornet Brass Band and New England Brass Band! \nPart of Chesapeake’s 30th Anniversary Tour\, this concert showcases the power and precision of British and American brass band traditions. Featuring soaring brass\, lively percussion\, and a repertoire that spans marches\, big band standards and pops\, the program also explores adventurous works that may surprise even afficionados of horns\, concert\, and military bands. Each band performs separately and as a combined ensemble for a spirited and unique experience.\n\nChesapeake Silver Cornet Brass Band\nEdward Mylechreest\, Conductor\nSusan Peo & Pamela Letts\, Associate Conductors         \nNew England Brass Band\nMark Olson\, Music Director\nWilliam Rollins\, Associate Conductor       \n\n  \nGeneral Admission: $14.99\nAccessible Seating will be available upon arrival. \n\nGroups of 10 or more automatically receive 10% off of their tickets when purchased together! \n\n\nMechanics Hall is proud to participate in the Card to Culture program through the Massachusetts Cultural Council.\nLimited number of tickets available\, limit of 4 per order. Elevators are located in the ground-floor lobby and provide access to the second and third floors. There is no elevator access to the Great Hall balcony. \nAccessible Halls\nAll of our halls are wheelchair-accessible\, where patrons can remain in their wheelchairs or transfer to theater seats.
