SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

THE MANY VOICES PROJECT

The Many Voices Project gives form to our mission of hosting experiences that enrich and inspire us all.

It includes innovative and thought-provoking programming for a broad range of audiences.

It supports the Hall’s cultural, arts, and humanities programming created especially for our young people.

The Mechanics Hall Many Voices Project provides Worcester, and especially its youth, with enriching experiences in our world-famous performance space.

The Project reflects long-held values of the Worcester County Mechanics Association to offer educational opportunities and encourage creativity and innovation as roads to excellence. Encouraging a broader vision of human potential among our young people is a powerful purpose and will ultimately benefit our entire community.

Concerts for the Community

Mechanics Hall is hosting online concerts that especially showcase the tremendous talent in Central and Eastern Massachusetts! We can’t host our Brown Bag Concerts in person this year, so we’ve lined up an eclectic and entertaining roster of artists to musically feed our souls, giving Mechanics Hall lovers a taste of the beauty and acoustic experience they are longing for. Sponsors help us employ the artists and create the online broadcast. Online performance broadcasts offer ample opportunities for sponsor recognition! Sponsorships start at $500, but a gift of $1,000 or more will have greater impact.

Mechanics Chats

A new initiative sparked by the need to connect!  Mechanics Hall is a place to gather, network, and discuss what’s on our minds. Mechanics Chats bring to the stage discussions, demonstrations, and  performances by creatives, innovators, scholars, artists of all genres, scientists, educators, business and faith leaders and others who will take on topics of interest that will invigorate our minds and illuminate unknown paths.  Programming includes topics for young people as well as adults. Online broadcasts offer ample opportunities for sponsor recognition!  Sponsorships start at $500, but a gift of $1,000 or more will have greater impact.

ELEMEN~1

Mechanics Hall All-City Youth Chorale

Mechanics Hall is working with music educators and youth leaders from around the city to foster a chorale for any Worcester 6th grader. Unfortunately, the Covid-19 pandemic has interrupted our progress in forming this adventure that will encourage youngsters to work together in harmony and friendship to create excellence. The experience will be magical for the choristers and adults alike and we can’t wait to move forward! We have moved the start date out to Fall 2021 and urge you to support this musical effort. Sponsors will support teacher training and rehearsals, purchasing music, chaperones, transportation, uniforms, snacks, homework stations and so much more! Sponsorships start at $500, but a gift of $1,000 or more will have greater impact.

LIGHT THE LIGHTS!

Business sponsors can literally help us light the lights during this pandemic year! Pay for an hour, a day, a week, a month or more of our maintenance and utilities! We can’t invite the community inside right now, but we need to make sure that when we do, Mechanics Hall is in prime condition to welcome you back. Not being able to rent our facilities has drastically slashed our income – your Light the Lights sponsorship can save the day! Recognition of your sponsorship will be inventive and widespread. Sponsorships start at $500, but a gift of $1,000 or more will have greater impact.

COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS

Businesses that donate $2,500 or more in gifts or sponsorships become Mechanics Hall Community Partners and receive special recognition within the Hall and in our print and electronic messaging.

We encourage Community Partners to recommend a rising star professional to join the Modern Mechanics Guild, an active group of the young and young-at-heart who use Mechanics Hall for networking and socializing and entertaining and who take on community service projects as your Mechanics Hall ambassadors.  Community service includes supporting the Worcester Public Schools Coats for Kids annual drive as well as literacy, arts and culture for youth.

The Mechanics Hall Trustees invite experienced leaders within our Community Partner organizations to participate on the Mechanics Hall Advisory Council, a new initiative for engaging leadership in the wider community to support and advise the Trustees and Executive Director regarding our service to the Worcester community.
