MECHANICS HALL SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR LICENSEES AND VENDORS (rev.92021)
LICENSEE CLIENTS AND VENDORS:
Mechanics Hall expects every person working at an event in our building (including those contracted by licensee clients and vendors) to be fully vaccinated. Any person ineligible for a COVID-19 vaccine must test negative for the virus and variants within the last 3 days before entering the Hall.
Do not allow into Mechanics Hall any unvaccinated individual who has not tested negative for COVID-19 in the last 3 days. Do not allow anyone into Mechanics Hall who is presenting symptoms of illness.
FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL, REGARDLESS OF VACCINE STATUS.
Mechanics Hall complies with the City of Worcester regulation effective September 20, 2021, which requires all persons to wear a face covering indoors. Therefore, all persons inside our building will wear a face covering in the presence of others. Exceptions are: those actively eating or consuming beverages or have a bona fide medical or religious exemption. Those without masks must practice social distancing from others.
PERFORMERS:
Performers are exempt from the mask regulation provided you are six feet distant from the audience. Performers without masks are reminded to practice reasonable distancing from other performers.
LICENSEES
Licensees are required to submit an Attestation Form | Download the Attestation Form here
Licensees should feel free to use the Mechanics Hall Attestation Form with their vendors.
Licensees have the prerogative to require precautions specific to their time in the building, provided they are no less strict than Mechanics Hall Guidelines.
Socially distant seating set-ups can be created. Before we send a contract, work with your sales representative and/or our Event Operations Manager, and our Ticket Office Associate, to discuss seating arrangements and ticketing. Our staff is prepared to offer insight and guidance.
WEDDINGS:
Please note that wedding celebrations are known to be high-risk for exposure to COVID-19. Face coverings are required; social distancing mitigates risk.
OPERATIONS DIRECTORS/PRODUCERS: In advance of your arrival, inform Mechanics Hall in writing of your organization’s COVID-related policies.
