Music Worcester Presents The Worcester Chorus: Bach Christmas Oratorio

The Worcester Chorus joins the internationally recognized Winchendon Players for a festive performance of Bach’s Christmas Oratorio. Written for chamber orchestra, chorus, and soloists, this exuberant work is a joyful continuation of the holiday season and a rare opportunity to hear The Worcester Chorus shine in another large-scale choral masterpiece.
The program also includes Ich habe genug, one of Bach’s most beloved and frequently performed sacred cantatas.
Led by Chris Shepard, The Worcester Chorus is a cornerstone of Music Worcester’s season. Don’t miss this powerful collaboration, which also includes access to a pre-concert talk by Claire Fontijn.
