Mechanics Hall is the premier event venue and concert hall in Central Massachusetts.
Accessible Entrance
The barrier-free entrance to the Hall is located on Waldo Street. Elevators are located in the ground-floor lobby and provide access to the second and third floors. There is no elevator access to the Great Hall balcony.
Accessible Halls
All of our halls are wheelchair-accessible, where patrons can remain in their wheelchairs or transfer to theater seats. Patrons who cannot or do not wish to transfer from their wheelchairs to a theater seat should request wheelchair-seat locations when ordering tickets. The Great Hall balcony is not wheel-chair accessible.
BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT TICKET SELLERS
It has come to our attention that fraudulent “sellers” are advertising and selling tickets to events that: 1). they claim are happening at Mechanics Hall and/or, 2). for which they are not authorized sellers.
Mechanics Hall ONLY sells tickets through our ticketing platform Purple Pass, through the www.mechanicshall.org website. Please be cautious and check your source before purchasing tickets. We suggest that you search the performer’s own website along with the Mechanics Hall website to determine the truth about an advertised event and true pricing. Always be suspicious of so-called ticket sellers offering tickets at exorbitant prices.
Tickets are non transferrable. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit and, if so, are void.
Free tickets also available through Vettix.org, an organization that provides tickets to events which reduce stress, strengthen family bonds, build life-long memories and encourage service members and veterans to stay engaged with local communities and American life. Tickets donated are distributed through the Vet Tix and not Mechanics Hall. Visit Vettix.org to determine eligibility & inquire about upcoming events.
