Can I avoid service fees if I buy tickets at the box office?
All live event tickets have the same fees applied whether purchased online, over the phone or in person at the box office.

Why are there service fees?
The ticketing company we use (TicketFly) gets paid by charging a fee for each ticket purchased and the fee is not embedded into the ticket price as it is at some other venues. This fee is added whether tickets are purchased online, over the phone or directly at the box office. Mechanics Hall is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and all revitalization fee revenues go right back into maintaining this historic hall built in 1857 and to help present more great events.

What are your box office hours?
We are open one hour before live events and 30 minutes before movies.

Can I get a refund for a show I can’t make?
All sales are final. There are no refunds.

I can’t print my tickets, what should I do?
Please email boxoffice@mechanicshall.org and provide the show name, purchaser last name and confirmation number. We will add your name to our Will Call list.
