Worcester Youth Orchestras 5th Annual 'Four Orchestras Festival'

Worcester Youth Orchestras' Four Orchestras Festival returns with the WY Symphony & Philharmonic, Burnocat High School and Shrewsbury High School Orchestras.

 

This year's festival will feature guest conductor and clinician, Dr. Mark Alpizar, from the Vermont Youth Orchestra Association. Doors will open at 3:15pm for a pre-concert exhibition featuring local schools and musical organizations including The Walden School, North Street Bennet School, Worcester Chamber Music Society and Pakachoag Music School.

 

The concert will feature music by  South Korean composer Soon Hee Newbold, Jean Sibelius, Hector Berlioz and Rossini's William Tell Overture.
